Compliance with the Hunting Act 2004

Our hunt has led the way since the inception of the Hunting Act of 2004. We have been determined to work within the law and we have evolved along with our team and the police in the best way to carry out our totally legal activities.

We have a large number of members and supporters and we took the decision very early on to focus our attention on providing our followers with sport by simulating as closely as possible a day’s hunting as it used to be. We have a dedicated team of trail layers who give their time to lay trails across the land we been invited to cross. They do this using a fox based scent and to keep the day as authentic as possible, trails are laid in woodland and along hedge rows, ditches and of course open grassland.

Trail layers fall into three main categories, those on foot, on a quad bike or mounted on a house.
